With almost 30 years experience in the travel industry and 11 years in Villa management 5starbalivilla can make the difference in providing a personal service with 24/7 coverage.
We do a full service booking, whereby we maintain strong communication with our clients. We have our own area manager who will be responsible for all check in/check out and dealing with any issues that may arise. She is also responsible for villa maintenance and to ensure that everything runs smoothly.
Should you already have a team in place, we look forward to meeting and are available to train and guide to ensure our high levels of customer service is maintained should this be necessary. We also take care of all the details required for check-in including transportation, chef/menu and staffing duties. This is relayed directly to our manager who will co-ordinate with villa staff. In the event that staff are needed we are very experienced in interviewing. It is crucial to establish a good team and whereby a team is already in place, make sure they are compliant with our direction. Should a reliable manager already be employed we are happy to work with them. Once guests have checked-in, we also call them directly to ensure they are content with everything and should there be any issues at all, we deal with it directly. This assists greatly with reviews also which are diligently pursued. This procedure alone separates us from the rest and sets us apart for our personal touch.
We manage properties with the accountability and responsibility as if they were our own and am available to take bookings 7 days a week as well as being accessible to Villa staff should they need to speak with us. As an owner of 3 villa, I personally am able to wear both hats which I feel gives better service because we think not only as agent but as a villa owner too. Cost efficiency is vital and we have great experience in managing finances to provide greatest ROI.
